The Trane 5TTR40 offered by AC of Fort Worth is a high-efficiency air conditioning condenser built for reliable cooling and durability. Featuring Trane s advanced technology, it includes a high-performance scroll compressor and an all-aluminum Spine Fin coil for superior heat transfer and corrosion resistance. The galvanized steel cabinet with a powder-coated finish ensures durability and energy efficiency for residential and light commercial use.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Installation of new equipment and all included components
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
• Final inspection and job-site clean-up
• Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

Condenser & Coil Kit:

• Electrical & mounting disconnect, A/C whip, condenser pad

Not Included

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the basic disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your residence, our technician will assess on-site and furnish a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our setup causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Trane 5TXC evaporator coil, this system improves cooling and humidity control. The 5TXC coil offered by AC of Fort Worth is an all-aluminum coil designed for efficient heat exchange and better corrosion resistance than traditional copper/aluminum coils. Its factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) provides precise refrigerant control for optimal efficiency and consistent comfort.

Together, the 5TTR40 condenser and 5TXC coil offer an energy-efficient, reliable cooling solution for a comfortable home environment.
