Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:
  • Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
  • Deployment of new equipment and all included parts
  • Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
  • Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
  • Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
  • Final inspection and job-site clean-up
  • Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

Not Included:

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

  • Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
  • Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
  • New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
  • Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
  • Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
  • Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
  • Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
  • Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
  • Thermostat upgrades (conventional thermostat reuse only)
  • Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
  • Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty:

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
