• Samsung Wind-Free Indoor Wall Unit (RNX18AMD): Wall-mounted indoor unit with Wind-Free cooling mode for draft-free comfort through thousands of micro air holes.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment (if applicable)
• Mounting of indoor wall unit and outdoor condenser
• Line set installation, vacuum evacuation & refrigerant charge to OEM spec
• Electrical whip & disconnect installation
• Condensate drain routing
• Full system start-up and operational testing
• Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

Ductless Install Kit

• Electrical & mounting disconnect, whip, outdoor mounting bracket/pad
• Refrigerant line set 1/4" liquid / 1/2" gas, insulated
• Drainage condensate drain line and fittings

Not Included

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, swap, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Thermostat upgrades (basic thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor.
