What's Included:

• A5HP40 Heat Pump Condenser: Provides efficient heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort with reliable heat transfer in varying weather. Built to withstand harsh elements.
•  A5AHC Air Handler: Equipped with a multi-speed blower for enhanced airflow, consistent temperature control, and quiet operation. Designed for energy efficiency and easy installation.
• BAYHTR Heat Kits: Offers electric heat backup for extra warmth during colder months, ensuring dependable operation when outdoor temperatures drop.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a finish setup.

Professional Installation:

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Installation of new equipment and all included parts
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction

Not Included

This listing covers the equipment and standard deployment scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (conventional composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
