What's Included:

The Lennox ML17KC2 offered by AC of Fort Worth is a high-efficiency air conditioning condenser that delivers reliable cooling and long-term durability. It features a high-performance scroll compressor and advanced coil design for excellent heat transfer and energy-efficient operation. The ML17KC2 has a heavy-gauge, galvanized steel cabinet with a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated finish to withstand harsh weather. Its high SEER rating and quiet operation make it ideal for residential cooling.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Deployment of new equipment and all included parts
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full setup start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
• Final inspection and job-site clean-up

Not Included

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your residence, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Lennox CK40CT evaporator coil offered by AC of Fort Worth, this system improves cooling efficiency and humidity control. The CK40CT coil uses robust copper tubing and high-performance aluminum fins for optimal heat exchange and configuration longevity. A factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) ensures precise refrigerant control for consistent indoor comfort.
