• MLKC1 Condenser: The Lennox MLKC1 is a single-stage air conditioner condenser designed for reliable, energy-efficient cooling. Built with a long-lasting cabinet and optimized for 14.3 SEER2 systems, it suits standard residential use.
• ML196UH Furnace: The Lennox ML196UH is a high-efficiency, 96% AFUE single-stage gas furnace with a constant torque ECM motor, offering dependable comfort, lower fuel use, and quiet operation in a compact design.
• CK40CT Evaporator Coil: The Lennox CK40CT is an all-aluminum cased coil for upflow/downflow installations, built for durability and corrosion resistance. It pairs well with Lennox air conditioners and heat pumps for reliable effectiveness.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Installation of new equipment and all included units
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
• Final inspection and job-site clean-up
• Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

Gas System Kit (Condenser & Coil + Furnace)

• Electrical & mounting disconnect, A/C whip, condenser pad
• Refrigerant line filter drier, locking caps, ArmaFlex insulation
• Gas line gas flex hose, gas pipe fittings (nipples, unions, shut-off, drip leg)
• Venting flue pipe & elbow set for furnace exhaust
• Drainage & PVC P-trap, full PVC fittings kit (couplings, elbows, tee, adapters)

Not Included

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
