What's Included:

• Goodman GLXS4B: A single-stage, R-32 refrigerant air conditioner with a durable Copeland® compressor, aluminum fin coil, and factory-installed filter drier. Its compact, quiet design suits residential use.
• GRVT80 Gas Furnace: Features a two-stage gas valve and variable-speed blower for precise temperature control and energy efficiency. Durable, quiet, and flexible for reliable home heating year-round.
• Goodman CAPTA evaporator coil: Designed for vertical use with all-aluminum construction to resist corrosion. Its insulated, compact cabinet reduces energy loss and noise, ideal for tight spaces.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Installation of new equipment and all included parts
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the typical disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, exchange, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will evaluate on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty:

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
